Our commercial kitchen (actually 4 separate kitchens under 1 roof) is ready for you to make it happen. Chef Pam is excited to work with local artisans who are eager to get their business started. Whether it is to sell to your local Farmer’s market, at craft fairs, grocery stores, commercial kitchen for your food truck requirements or to on-line customers looking for that special homemade item.
Rental is by the hour for your convenience. Rate includes use of all kitchen equipment 2 (6) burner stoves with conventional ovens, 10 burner stove with double conventional oven, 3 (6) shelf convection ovens, rolling racks with full sheet and half sheet pans), kitchen towels, parchment paper and all cleaning products. Minimum hour usage is 10 hours/month and with that you will get one shelf in the dry storage pantry to leave your dry goods.
