Join us for a delightful evening with a taste of New England. Chef Pam, who spent her summers at her New Hampshire beach house, brings her expertise in seafood, especially lobster. Each participant will receive a live 1 1/4 lb lobster to learn how to prepare and stuff with a delectable scallop filling. This will be accompanied by creamy coleslaw, sweet corn, and drawn butter. To end the night on a sweet note, we'll enjoy a slice of traditional Boston Cream pie. Can you imagine the salty sea air filling your senses?
