It’s a Wisconsin tradition all year around. Now you’ll havethe opportunity to learn how the restaurants do it. Start the night off bybeing served a creamy New England Clam Chowda' as true New Englanders call it.  Without treading any more water, we will splash into our fish fry. We will make our own Coleslaw, tartar sauce and potato pancakes before beer battering and pan frying our Perch. Before you set sail,we will serve you a warm Apple Crisp.
