Chef Pam's Kitchen

Join us at the kitchen for a fun fiesta making empanadas!  We will work in groups of 4 to make your own empanada dough, roll it out and stuff with two different fillings:  chicken and ground beef.  To accompany the empanadas, we will prepare Mexican Street corn.  Our appetizer we will create together will be a shrimp ceviche with tequila, triple sec, multicolored peppers.  To finish off the evening with a little something sweet, everyone will get to try tres leche cake.  Get ready to say 'Buen Provecho' and savor every bite!
