This a premium event led by one the States best Pit Masters - Sean O'Brien from Smokey OB's BBQ. He will take the group through an intro to BBQ, prepping the meat, different rub & sauce choices, temperatures / cooking times, finishing the meat and then everyone get to sit around the table eating some amazing BBQ. As an added bonus, Sean will be sampling his Smoked Pork Belly on a Stick for everyone to try and will also take everyone outside to see and SMELL his smoker.
