Indulge in a Royal Feast: A Regal Evening of British Cuisine Fit for Royalty

Join us for a fun evening enjoying special fanfare of the British Royalty cuisine at the kitchen!  

Our first course, a Princess of Wales, Diana, favorite:  roasted beet salad with golden and red beets, blue cheese, candied pecans with a raspberry emulsion.  

For the second course, everyone will enjoy Royal cheddar cheese soup garnished with potato frizzles and chives.  This soup was served during the Edwardian times for special guests to Buckingham Palace.

Our third course is a favorite of King Charles III, pheasant crumble pie prepared with delicate pheasant meat in a creamy, sherry and juniper berry sauce topped with buttery, parmesan crumbs.

The next course, a homage to HM Queen Elizabeth II, Gaelic steaks:  beef tenderloin medallions in a whiskey mushroom cream sauce with ratatouille.

To finish off the evening with our fifth course, a sweet is in order.  A nod to Diana, Princess of Wales, bread and butter pudding with a salted caramel sauce and soft berries.  Crowns and scepters are optional!

 

PLEASE NOTE: In contrast to our Chef Assist classes where you cook along side our CPK team, this event offers you the opportunity to relax and let us take care of the cooking for you!
