Think spring or as the Italians say, "Pensa alla Primavera".  We will start out by making a bruschetta with whipped, creamy ricotta cheese with grilled peaches and a Calabrian chili honey oil drizzle.  Then on to the star of the show, farfalle pasta with a mushroom, asparagus and toasted walnut cream sauce and garnished with asiago cheese.  For dessert, everyone will make an individual Amaretto tart.
