Let’s travel to India for the cuisine minus the jetlag.  We will learn how to make the traditional Naan bread.  While the bread is rising, we will prepare Indian butter chicken to serve over fluffy, basmati rice.  For dessert, we will make doodh peda to end our evening with a little something sweet.
