Join us at the kitchen for an early celebration of Mom!  We will be enjoying everything Italian with an appetizer of arrancini with a fresh red sauce.  Then on to learning how to prepare the Roman dish of chicken saltimboca which literally translates to "Jump in your Mouth" because it is that delicious.  For dessert, we will finish off making profiteroles filled with pistachio amaretto custard made by our very own artisan, Elizabeth, owner of Creme de Liqueur and garnished with chocolate ganache.  

Moms everywhere will be saying, "Mille grazie!" for such a delicious and fun evening!
