Second Course – France with brie en croute with a warm spiced cranberry compote
Third Course – Italy with spaghetti a la Vongole with lemon, white wine and garlic sauce
Fourth Course – England with Cote de Boef with Yorkshire pudding
Fifth Course – Germany with Christmas Strudel and vanilla bean glaze
This event, unlike the Chef assist classes where you cook with our CPK team; is one where you will sit to enjoy and let us do the cooking. Doors open at 5:30, event starts at 6:00.
