Chef Pam is excited to share her love of seafood with an everything scallop class!  We will start out preparing a bacon wrapped scallop with a dijon maple glaze.  Then on to a sea scallop entree where you will learn how to cook a perfect scallop along with citrus butter corn accompaniment.  And of course we will finish off the evening with mini Boston cream pies as an ode to Chef Pam's hometown!
