Calling all couples, come learn the fine art of this Chicago tradition of a perfect pie. This is my husband Brian's recipe (he's a South Sider as they say in Chi Town). To start out the evening we will prepare a delicious, antipasto salad. Then on to making fresh pizza dough together. Each couple will make their own stuffed pizza with your choice of sausage or spinach and caramelized onion and of course lots and lots of cheese. Chef Pam will have her homemade pizza sauce to finish off the top. To finish off the evening we will make mini key lime tarts for something sweet.
