Chef Pam invites you to a fun evening exploring the Greek cuisine!  We will start off with saganaki, the flaming cheese known throughout Greece as a way to start off the evening.  Then on to learning how to make shish kebab with lamb and pork loin with a delicious Albanian/Greek marinade that is Chef Pam's family secret.  Of course the meal would not be complete without a Greek salad and rice pilaf to accompany the shish kebab.  To finish off the evening everyone will help Chef Pam make baklava to end with a little something sweet.  OPA!
