Join Chef Pam as we explore using Wisconsin’s fresh sweetcorn for the three course meal. We will start out with a New England favorite: corn fritters with pure maple syrup for dipping. Next we will prepare Italian sausage and sweet corn chowder to accompany the chowder, Chef Pam, will have a fresh bread twist for dipping.To finish off the evening we will make a Brazilian corn cake with fresh whipped cream for dessert.
