Begin the night by mastering the art of crafting your very own eggroll—from preparing the filling to wrapping and frying it to crispy perfection. Next, dive into the main course as we sear succulent duck breast for a traditional Peking Duck, served with homemade Chinese scallion pancakes. Each guest will savor two pancakes topped with tender slices of duck and an array of delicious garnishes. To end on a sweet note, we’ll create individual Japanese Matcha tiramisu—a delightful fusion of flavors to round out the evening.
