Chef Pam is excited for baked stuffed lobster night! As a New Englander growing up on the east coast she loves sharing her love for seafood with others. In this class every participant will get their own 1lb lobster and learn how to clean and stuff it. Together we will prepare a traditional scallop stuffing for the lobsters. We will add sweet corn and creamy coleslaw to the dish to complete the meal. Of course we will finish off the evening with a triple berry cobbler garnished with fresh whipped cream.
