Chef Pam loves to share her knowledge of pasta making after living for two years in southern Italy. In this class we will make pasta dough from scratch and then sheet it out to make homemade ravioli with two different fillings and pan sauces. The evening will end with a traditionalItalian dessert of profiterolas with chocolate ganache drizzle.
