Chef Pam is excited to offer another Italian cuisine night to share her love of southern Italy foods. She was stationed there for two years as a Navy nurse and learned a lot of her recipes from her "Italian" Mom across the hall. We will start out our evening making arrancini as our appetizer with a fresh red sauce for dipping. Then on to preparing chicken saltimboca with a side of roasted garlic mashed potato and a medley of leeks and carrot ribbons. To finish off the evening we will make the traditional olive oil cake garnished with fresh citrus whipped cream. Can you say, "Buon Appetito?".
