Seafood Extravaganza is BACK! Join Chef Pam for a night enjoying a homage to her New England background where she does all the cooking. We will start the evening with creamy clam chowder with oyster crackers. Then on to scallops wrapped in bacon with a maple, dijon glaze. Our next course will be baked stuffed shrimp with the traditional east coast stuffing: lemon, sherry and ritz cracker crumbs. We will end the savory side of the night with 3-4 oz of fresh Maine lobster with drawn butter from our star of the show, the 15 lb lobster. We will finish off with a little something sweet.
