Chef Pam is excited to share her love for cooking with apples!  We will start out the evening with a French gougere with an apple compote, crispy prosciutto and fried sage garnish as the appetizer. Then on to preparing a delicious apple, cheddar stuffed chicken breast with a white wine sauce. To finish off the evening we will make an apple gallette with a salted, maple glaze for something sweet.
