Chef Pam is excited to host a fun evening learning how to make pasta from scratch. We will start out with making our dough by hand, then sheeting it out and cutting it into fettuccini. Chef Pam loves to share her love for pasta making that she learned when living in southern Italy. Our sauce for the fresh pasta will be a creamy carbonara with pancetta and romano cheese. To finish off the evening we will make a traditional southern Italian olive oil cake garnished with fresh whipped cream. Buon Appetito!
