Seafood Extravaganza Dinner to celebrate the summer time beach season!  We will start out the evening with a creamy, lobster bisque. Next course will be oysters rockefeller made with a creamy, pernod, romano cheese and spinach sauce.  The next course will be an east coast Maryland crabcake with a citrus aioli garnish.  Then on to a garlic shrimp course served with herbed olive oil crostini to dip in the garlic sauce.  The final savory course will be cresto di gallo pasta with a Manhatten lobster sauce using the lobster from our 15 lb (size dependent on availability) lobster flown in the day of from our good friends at MaineLobsterNow.  To finish off the evening, a fresh peach cobbler will be served with a salted maple whipped cream garnish.

This is not a Chef assist class but rather you sit and enjoy what Chef Pam and her team have prepared as she comes out and explains each course.
Doors open at 5:30pm, seating is at 6pm.
