Chef Pam is excited to offer again a knife class where you will learn knife safety, sharpening techniques and knife cuts.  Together we will chop vegetables learning the various cuts such as batonnet, julienne, lozenges and paysanne to name just a few.  Of course Chef Pam never wants anyone to leave her kitchen hungry so we will take our beautiful cut vegetables and prepare three appetizers.

Minimum of 6 people to hold class needed.
