Come join Chef Pam learning how to make a traditional East coast baked stuffed lobster with scallop stuffing. Each class participant will get their own live lobster flown in from Maine that day to learn how to prepare for baking. Add sweet corn and fresh coleslaw to make it a meal to feast upon. For dessert we will make individual Boston Cream pies with a silky, delicious chocolate ganache drizzle. I can smell the salty sea already!
