Chef Pam never likes to say goodby to summer! She wants you to join her in celebrating the end of the summer feeling as if you are dining on a beach at Key West. We will start the evening with Island style tropical chicken cups as our appetizer preparation. Then on to baked stuffed shrimp with toasted coconut, mango rice for the main entree. To finish off the evening we will make coconut key lime tarts with fresh whipped cream.
