Chef Pam is excited to host Mary and her friends for a fun afternoon learning Greek cuisine! We will start out with the traditional saganaki, Greek cheese that we set on fire to the words, "Opa!". This will be served with herbed baguettes. Then on to preparing shish kebab with Chef Pam's Grandfather's special Albanian and Greek marinade. To complete the main entree we will make rice pilaf and a Greek salad. To finish off the evening with a little something sweet everyone will learn how to make baklava together.
