Chef Pam is excited to host another French cuisine evening. We will start out with making mini Croque-Monsieurs as our appetizer. Then on to preparing Coquilles St. Jacque with juicy bay scallops in a creamy, mushroom bechamel sauce with a crispy breadcrumb and parmesan topping. To finish off the evening we will make pear galettes with a salted, maple glaze garnish and fresh whipped cream. Buon Appetite!
