Chef Pam is excited to offer a baked stuffed lobster evening at the kitchen! She grew up spending every summer at her families beach house in Hampton Beach, NH and let's say she has cooked many a lobsters over the years. For this class, Everyone will get a 1lb lobster flown in fresh that day from Maine and learn how to clean and stuff them with a delicious scallop stuffing. Of course we will include creamy coleslaw and an ear of corn to create the ultimate New England summertime meal. To finish off the evening with a little something sweet we will make a peach cobbler with fresh whipped cream. I can smell the salty air blowing now!
