Chef Pam is excited to offer a duck breast class to learn how to score and sear off a duck breast for the main entree.  Of course we will start out with an appetizer of rosemary, garlic shrimp kebabs.  Then the duck breast and we will prepare crispy potatoes in the duck fat rendered.  The sauce for the duck to fully compliment it will be a cherry, red wine reduction sauce.  To finish off the evening with a little something sweet, we will prepare individual peach cobblers with fresh whipped cream.
