Come join Chef Pam for a fun evening learning how to make pasta dough from scratch, sheeting it out and then making ravioli with an fresh herb cream cheese and goat cheese filling and a fresh herbed, parmesan cream sauce with roasted red peppers and spinach. We will start out the evening with an appetizer of beef spiedini with a garnish of fresh Italian red sauce and basil. To finish off the evening we will prepare and bake a traditional southern Italian olive oil cake with fresh whipped cream. Buon Appetito!
