Come join us to create one of Wisconsin’s favorite desserts by learning how to make Pâte à choux. Did you know Pâte à choux can be used in so many ways and from ingredients you probably already have in your kitchen! In this hands-on class you will learn how to make and take home the exact Pâte à choux recipe Chef Jess Eddy used to impress the judges Carla Hall and Zac Young on Food Networks Halloween Baking Championship. Jess will walk you through a couple of her tips and different fun ways you can use the same dough to create different desserts. Including these delicious strawberries n’ creme cream puffs as well as these beautifully shiny eclairs dipped in silky ganache.
