Chef Pam's Kitchen

This class is a bit unique, as Chef Pam peruses the farmers market in downtown Waukesha to find what we will be cooking!  For sure eggplant stacks with baked eggplant slices, fresh mozzarella in between and sitting on a bed of arugula.  We will drizzle the stacks with aged balsamic vinegar and olive oil.  This will be our starter for the night.  The entree is a surprise but will be vegetarian.  For a little something sweet to end the evening we will make strawberry shortcakes with fresh whipped cream.
