Chef Pam is excited to host another Italian Cuisine class at the kitchen; guaranteed to be a bella notte! We will start out by preparing the traditional southern Italian arrancini with a fresh red sauce garnish. Then on to making a parmesan herbed cream sauce with roasted red peppers and spinach to go over penne pasta as the entree. We will finish off the evening with one of Chef Pam's favorite desserts; profiterole garnished with chocolate ganache. Can you say, "Buon Appetito?".
