Chef Pam's Kitchen

Join us for an evening to learn the art of French macarons with Soua, local owner of Fave Macarons.  In this hands on class, you will learn how to mix (macaronage), pipe macarons, and specifically the secret techniques to baking macarons.  Students will complete the class by making a variety of gourmet summer themed fillings using fresh berries and citrus fruits.  Each student will take home a dozen macarons, macaron recipe, and a special treat from Soua.  An amuse bouche will also be provided for all guests.

Class is open to 13y/o and above if accompanied with an adult reservation as well.
