Chef Pam is excited to host an evening traveling to Spain to enjoy the culinary cuisine without the jet lag! We will start out our evening with a traditional offering of Spanish olives, Manchego cheese and Serrano ham with an herbed baguette. Then on to a seafood tapa of Spanish garlic shrimp prepared with the Spanish sherry vinegar from Jerez, Spain. The next course will be a Spanish tortilla tapa with homemade romesco sauce. The finale will be the showcase of Spanish cuisine with a mixed paella of shrimp, chorizo sausage and chicken thighs garnished with roasted peppers, lemon wedges and fresh parsley. To finish off the evening we will enjoy mini rum cakes with toasted coconut, diced pineapple and fresh coconut whipped cream. Enough to make the matadors come running to join in our festivities!
