Calling all teen bakers for a fun four day camp learning all about Pate Choux pastry making! On day 1 we will learn the basics of how to make pate choux dough and make a traditional Wisconsin cream puff with one for you to eat at the kitchen and four to take home and share with family. On day 2 we will once again make pate choux dough but this time we will be making Italian profiterole with a silky, smooth chocolate ganache drizzled over them. Day 3 we will talk about flavor profiles and perfect the pate choux making our shells for Day 4 and the competition. All teens will work in teams to prepare 2 different flavor profiles of the WI cream puff to be judged and a winner will be picked! Each class builds upon the previous class, we recommend you sign up for all four days!
