Chef Pam is excited to host the Tosa Pediatrics group for a fun evening cooking together! We will start our evening preparing caramelized red onion and goat cheese bruschetta for the appetizer. Then on to learning how to properly cook a beef tenderloin with a red wine reduction sauce. To accompany the slices of beef we will make roasted garlic, rosemary mashed potatoes and carrot ribbon and leek medley. To finish off the evening with a little something sweet we will bake fresh blueberry hand pies with lemon zested whipped cream.
