Chef Pam is excited to host another knife sharpening, knife safety and knife cuts class. If you would like to bring along your own Chef knife to learn how to sharpen feel free. We will go over preparing and using the whetstone for sharpening. Then on to learning the various knife cuts Chefs must know such as: chiffonade, batonnet, rondelle, lozenges and even the most difficult one, the tournett. We never want anyone going away without eating at Chef Pam's Kitchen so you will prepare three appetizers with all the vegetables you are learning to cut. A fun evening to learn culinary knife skills to impress your friends at your next dinner together!
