Chef Pam is very excited to host Jenny's Bachelorette pasta making private event. We will start out by preparing Italian Bruschetta with fresh Roma tomatoes, garlic and basil. Then on to learning how to make pasta dough, knead it, roll it out and sheet it. We will hand cut our pasta into taglietelle and create a creamy, herbed parmesan sauce with roasted red pepper, shrimp and spinach to put over the pasta. To finish off the evening with a little something sweet we will make profiteroles with vanilla bean ice cream and garnished with chocolate ganache and fresh whipped cream.
