Chef Pam is excited to host a four day long cooking camp for teens. New this year we are offering morning (9-11:30am) and afternoon (1-3:30pm) sessions. On the first day, the teens will learn knife skills/cuts and make two appetizers to enjoy with the food product they have cut. Day two, we will learn to make a creamy, herbed pasta sauces for pasta with some of those special knife cuts and create a delicious pasta dish to enjoy together. Day three, everyone will learn all about ravioli fillings and make home made ravioli with a simple red sauce. Day four, the teens will prepare a pasta dish for judging using their knife skills, sauce making and pasta knowledge from the last three days. Teens will work in groups for the final day of judging. Come for one day, two day, three days or all four and participate in the final competition on day four!
Class is for ages 13-17y/o. Minimum of 8 teens required to hold class.
