Chef Pam is excited to offer another pasta making class. We will make homemade pasta dough, learn how to sheet it out and make ravioli together. The ravioli will be filled with a delicious ground chicken and mozzarella filling and topped with a creamy, leek sauce. To start out the evening we will make a crispy meatball with an ensalada caprese garnish. Of course we need to end the evening with something sweet. Everyone will prepare individual limoncello trifles garnished with sugared raspberries. Can you say, "Buon Appetito?".
