Calling all pizza lovers, come learn the fine art of this Chicago tradition of a perfect pie. This is my husband Brian's recipe (he's a South Sider as they say in Chi Town). To start out the evening we will prepare a delicious, antipasto salad. Each group of 2 will then make their own stuffed pizza with your choice of sausage or spinach and caramelized onion and of course lots and lots of a secret cheese (don't worry, we'll share the recipe). Chef Pam will have her homemade pizza sauce to finish off the top. To complete the evening we will make mini key lime tarts for something sweet.
