Chef Pam is excited to share her love for Italian Cuisine after living in Italy for two years when she was stationed there as a Navy nurse. We will start out the evening learning how to make arancini, a risotto ball that has fresh mozzarella and pizelli stuffed inside and then breaded. The arancini is finished off with a fresh red sauce for garnish. Our main course will be pasta with creamy parmesan sauce, roasted red peppers with wilted spinach. To end the evening with a little something sweet we will bake a traditional Southern Italian citrus, almond olive oil cake.
