Chef Pam's Kitchen

Chef Pam is excited to offer "Wine with Charcuterie" class.  Come learn how to create a delicious charcuterie board that each guest will take home at a $50 value.  We will also prepare homemade fig jam and chocolate bars for accoutrements for our boards.  And of course wine will be for sale to partake if you would like during the evening.  Come join in on the fun and creativity that you can use for perhaps hostess gift giving or to bring to a summer cook out.

We will start out the evening with an amuse bouche prepared by Chef Pam.
