The Cinco de Mayo event sold-out on Friday, so Chef's Martin Magaña and Arnie Gonzalesto agreed to come back the next day. Each of their 10 previous events have sold-out as they have developed a new vision of Mexican cuisine, a truly unexpected sensory journey created by breaking traditions. See menu below and plan to be part of this very FUN evening. PLEASE NOTE, this is NOT a cooking class, rather you will be served the menu below.

1st course

Jamaica (Hibiscus)-Fennel Bisque, served with radishes, micro-cilantro + rainbow blend, and salted, toasted pepitas

2nd course

Green Chicken & Brie Quesadilla - arugula, mango chutney, cilantro cream

3rd  Course

Carnitas Croquette with sweet potato purée, apple sage gastrique, rosemary cilantro dusted Chicharron

4th course

Guava Lime Glazed Pacific Lush Shrimp, Orange Carpaccio & Spicy Peanuts

Cilantro Basmati Rice, Charred Spinach

Dessert

Cinnamon Sugar Dusted Churros, Dulce de Leche, Candied Pineapple, Leons Cinnamon Custard, Dorito Tuile
