Chef Pam is excited to host a fun evening celebrating Cinco de Mayo with street tacos, Mexican street corn and home made pineapple, mango salsa and more! We will start out by grilling marinated chicken thighs for our chicken tacos and then saute seasoned fish for fish tacos. Of course all the fixings we will prepare as well: pickled red onions, lime, chipolte crema, salsa verde. To finish off the evening we will enjoy tres leche cake with fresh whipped cream. Of course homemade sangria will be available for purchase as well.
