5/4 - Cinco de Mayo Dinner Celebration

Cinco de Mayo - Join us for our annual celebration led by Chef Jerry Garcia. Take the night off and let us cook for you. Cinco de Mayo is a celebration of Mexican heritage, but on the lighter side of this holiday, it is also the perfect excuse to indulge in your favorite Mexican eats.

1st Course - Shrimp ceviche

Gulf shrimp marinated in citrus with red onion,diced cucumber, mango and sweet peppers in a

triple sec and tequila marinade

2nd Course - Fire Roasted Pablano Bisque

Fire Roasted Pablano peppers blended with Chihuahua cheese and topped with homemade


3rd Course - Grilled Cactus and Hominy Salad

Grilled and chilled cactus with whole kernel hominy, red peppers, black beans and Jicima,

tossed in a cilantro lime vinaigrette with Romaine hearts.

4th Course - Chicken Mole

Boneless chicken thighs simmered in a rich Mole Rojo over Mexican rice with a chili and cheese tamale.

5th Course - Churros

Churros topped with warm caramel sauce and powdered sugar accompanied with a scoop of

vanilla rumchatta custard made by Crème de Liqueur in house

PLEASE NOTE: This event, unlike the Chef assist classes where you cook with our CPK team; you will sit and enjoy and let us do the cooking. Doors open at 5:30, event starts at 6:00.
