Chef Pam is hosting another ravioli making class learning how to make homemade pasta dough.  Everyone will roll out the dough and sheet it out to then hand cut ravioli filled with chicken and mozzarella with a creamy, leek and white wine sauce.  For the appetizer we will make beef spiedini.  Of course we need to finish off the evening with a little something sweet with the traditional Italian olive oil cake.
