Chef Pam is wanting to share her love of lamb and everything spring! Growing up her Mom prepared a lot of lamb dishes and thus began her love for this delicious protein. Each couple will get a French trimmed rib chop to prepare with a Dijon mustard and herbed bread crumb topping and to go with this will be an pesto risotto garnished with burrata. We will start out with an asparagus wrapped in parmesan and prosciutto for the appetizer. To finish off the evening with a little something sweet we will make bananas foster.
