Chef Pam is excited to host another evening learning how to make homemade pasta from scratch. Each couple will make their own ball of pasta dough, roll it out and learn how to sheet it and then hand cut it. We will then make a putanesca sauce made with capers and olives in a red sauce. The appetizer will be fresh mozzarella ensalada caprese. To finish off the evening with a little something sweet, everyone will enjoy individual tiramisu for dessert. Buon Appetito!
